We pull the permits
County and city building permits back to 2000, from official open-data feeds, public map layers and public-records requests.

We pin each one to a parcel
Every permit is matched to the property's parcel ID, so the roof date lands on the right house and stays there.

Houses are colored by roof age. Tap one for the permit number, dates, the contractor who pulled it and their phone.

Where does the data come from?
Building permits are public record in Florida. We collect them from county and city open-data feeds, public map layers and public-records requests. We never pull from behind a login.
What if a house has no roof permit?
We show the age of the home instead and mark it with stripes, so a rep knows it's an estimate. On older homes with no permit, that's often the best lead on the street.
How current is it?
Counties and cities that publish online are refreshed on a regular schedule, many of them daily. Counties that send data by records request are updated each time a new file comes in.
Can we put our own name on it?
Yes. Every plan ships with your company name, logo and colors. Your reps never see ours.
Who can see our knocks and deals?
Only your company. Permit records are shared across the platform because they're public. Your reps, visits, leads and deals are kept separate and private.
