What's not in the price.
Your own subscriptions to connected services. E-Sign Agreements and Cash Proposals run on your company's DocuSign account. Deal Tracker reads from your roofing CRM, such as AccuLynx. You keep those subscriptions and pay those companies directly.
Florida-only modules outside Florida. The PermitPin Knock Map and Competitor Insights are live in Florida only. They're coming soon to Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, South Carolina and Alabama.
Pay yearly and get two months free. Monthly plans can be canceled any month.

Do you charge per user?
No. We bill the company, not the head count. Add as many reps, managers and office staff as you need, and remove them whenever they leave, at no charge either way.
Do I still need DocuSign or my CRM?
Yes, for the modules that use them. E-Sign Agreements and Cash Proposals run on your company's own DocuSign account. Deal Tracker reads from your roofing CRM, like AccuLynx. You keep those subscriptions and pay those companies directly. We connect them during setup. Every other module runs on its own.
Why is there a setup fee?
Because we do the setup for you. We connect your DocuSign, your CRM and your other accounts so agreements, jobs and deals flow into your app. We also load your permit data, brand the app and set up your logins. It's hands-on work we do once, so you pay for it once.
Can I add or drop modules later?
Yes. Add a module any day and it shows up on your team's home screen. Drop one and it comes off your next bill.
Is there a contract?
No. Monthly plans run month to month. Yearly plans get two months free.
Whose name is on the app?
Yours. Your reps see your company name, logo and colors. They never see ours.
Who owns our data?
You do. Your reps, knocks, deals and documents belong to your company and stay private to it. Permit records are public, so they're shared across every app.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It opens in the phone's browser and installs to the home screen like any other app, with no app store download.
